[Hiring] Customer Success Coordinator @ZigZag Careers

Role Description

We're a fast-growing Cognitive AI digital media and audience intelligence business operating across ANZ + global markets. We have a highly skilled tech team operating in the Philippines already, and we're now looking for 2x sharp, organised Client Success Coordinator/Executive to join the team remotely from the Philippines, who can WFH.

This is a coordination and support role, but a key part of the operational backbone of our client success function -- keeping campaigns moving and setting up on time, without having to escalate to senior team leads (after the relevant support, training & development).

What you'll be doing

• Managing day-to-day client email correspondence with agency coordinators and assistants, executives
• Trafficking creative assets and liaising with internal ad ops & trading teams to ensure campaigns go live on time and to spec
• Handling basic post-sales queries -- campaign status, delivery confirmations, billing questions, go-live proofs
• Helping collate/compile weekly report emails (via Looker Studio) into client-ready formats + weekly reporting emails
• Processing IOs and revising IOs in our IO platform
• When needed, updating internal CRM for post-sale campaigns
• Supporting the broader client success team with admin, deck formatting, and brief intake

Qualifications

• Strong written English - professional, clear, and confident in client-facing communication (after relevant training, onboarding)
• Experience in digital media, ad operations, or agency coordination (1-2+ years preferred)
• Comfortable working across email, spreadsheets, and project management tools
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage tasks
• Experience with ad trafficking or DSP/DMP platforms a plus
• Happy for talent to WFH
