[Hiring] Customer Success Account Manager @CNX

Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Account Manager (CSA) - Security Identity to help enterprise customers deploy, secure, and optimize Microsoft identity solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will drive adoption, governance, security, and operational excellence across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Hybrid Identity, and Zero Trust environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements focused on identity and access management.
• Design, implement, and optimize solutions using Entra ID, Active Directory, Entra Connect, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and PIM.
• Conduct workshops, architecture reviews, security assessments, and migration projects.
• Support Zero Trust initiatives, MFA, passwordless authentication, access reviews, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, federation, and access management issues.
• Partner with Microsoft teams and customer stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Hybrid Identity
• SSO, AD FS, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
• Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM, RBAC, Identity Governance
• Zero Trust architecture and Identity Security
• PowerShell, Windows Server, DNS/DHCP, enterprise identity migrations

Requirements

• 5+ years in Identity & Access Management.
• Experience managing enterprise Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• Strong customer-facing consulting, support, or Customer Success background.

Ideal Profile
