Role Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat to French-speaking customers.
• Assist with inquiries about products, services, warranties, and technical support.

Qualifications

• French at C1 level (native or near-native proficiency).
• English at B2 level (intermediate to upper-intermediate).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Good computer skills and adaptability to different tools and platforms.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece if not already residing there (relocation fully supported).

Requirements

• Location: Athens / Remote from anywhere in Greece.
• Languages Required: French (C1) & English (B2).
• Base Salary: 1.045,72€ gross per month.
• Performance Bonus: up to 150.00€, subject to target achievement.
• Interview Deadline: 23-06-2026.
• Training Date: 02-07-2026.
• Fully Paid Training: 15 days of expert-led, certified instruction.
• Work Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 00:00 - 23:00.
• Night shift premium: +25% per hour.
• Sundays & public holidays: +75% per hour.
