Role Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be a key player in delivering top-tier support across email and social media channels. Your communication skills will help us connect authentically with customers, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive brand presence across our platforms. You’ll be the voice of the brand - empathetic, knowledgeable, and responsive.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to customer inquiries via email
• Monitor and engage with our community on social media platforms using Sprinklr
• Deliver timely, empathetic, and professional support to resolve customer concerns
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when needed
• Uphold our brand voice and community guidelines in all public interactions
• Contribute to a positive customer experience that reinforces trust and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, with excellent written communication
• 1–2+ years of experience in customer support or community management
• A strong customer-first mindset and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms
• Familiarity with Sprinklr or other community/social media management tools

Requirements

• Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, French, German, or Portuguese
