[Hiring] Customer Service Representative (Email & Chat Support) @TEKsystems

Role Description

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a growing online membership platform. In this role, you will assist customers primarily through:

• Email support (90%)
• Chat support (10%)

Your responsibilities will include helping resolve account questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience supporting customers through email and/or chat
• Knowledge of online shopping and internet-based stores
• Comfortable navigating the internet and web applications
• Basic keyboard shortcut knowledge (e.g., Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V)
• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM (typing test required)
• Good attendance and reliability

Requirements

• Must work at least one weekend day each week
• Must be available to work holidays

Work Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:15 AM - 2:45 PM OR 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Four 10-hour shifts (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday)

Work Environment

• Fully remote position
• Must maintain a distraction-free home workspace
• Candidates will be required to provide:
• A typing test result (minimum 50 WPM)
• A photo of their home workspace

Pay and Benefits
