Role Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Benefits Advisor, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.

• Conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Review existing policies and explain available solutions
• Assist clients with enrollment paperwork and benefit updates
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Help families make informed decisions regarding their available benefits

Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs, attend leadership development workshops, collaborate with a supportive remote team, continue developing communication, customer service, and leadership skills, and learn industry products, systems, and best practices.
