Role Description

This role exists to manage daily inquiries, resolve client issues, and ensure consistent communication standards across all support channels.

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone channels within established response times.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, maintaining accurate records of all support interactions.
• Communicate product and service information clearly to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to identify recurring customer issues and propose process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in customer service or a client-facing support role.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with standard ticketing systems and customer support software.

Benefits
