What you'll do:

• Answer customer inquiries
• Resolve difficulties with service
• Provide information on policies and procedures
• Escalate more serious matters to the proper manager/expert
• Ensure the customer receives the highest quality service

Qualifications

• This position is fully remote
• Bilingual applicants are preferred!
• Spanish/English Bilingual
• Ability to type 40 WPM
• Eligible to be certified as a KY Pharmacy Technician
• Willingness and ability to communicate with customers over the phone
• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to navigate multiple software programs simultaneously
• Solid computer skills including Gmail and G Suite programs
