Role Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline support for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and concerns regarding our products and services. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide accurate solutions.
• Process orders, amendments, and returns efficiently.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff when necessary.
• Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
• Previous experience in a call center or remote support role is a plus.
