Role Description

As a Banking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls from customer inquiries and complaints in a Financial / Bank Services environment.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, compassionate, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Resolving service problems like customer complaints and identifying the cause of the problem.
• Ensuring that customer queries are answered to their satisfaction and in a timely manner.
• Addressing customer concerns related to the services and providing the best solutions for their needs via various communication channels, including email, chat, or social channels.
• Escalating any customer complaints to the Operations Supervisor when needed and ensuring solutions have been sorted out efficiently.
• Providing accurate and complete information using our communication methods.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience.
• An innate drive to provide excellent customer service.
• Finished high school education.
• Strong interpersonal and comprehension skills.
• Flexible in shifting schedule.
• Capable of handling escalated situations, remittances, and disputes.
• Excellent communication and demonstrable probing and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Internet access by Cable or Fiber (DSL, Satellite, etc. is not permitted).
• Minimum download speed of 10mbps and upload speed of 10mbps.
• Hardwired into the PC/Laptop (wireless internet access not permitted).
• Backup ISP / Internet.
