[Hiring] Customer Service Representative @Call Experts

Role Description

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and can keep up in a fast-moving environment. No prior call center experience required — we hire based on attitude and trainability, and we'll teach you the rest.

• Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out by phone, email, and chat — answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping records accurate.
• Handle a steady flow of contacts daily — busy enough that the time moves, with room to breathe between.
• After about 45 days and completing your first skill advancement, take on additional responsibilities like appointment scheduling and order taking.

Qualifications

• Clear, professional communication — on the phone and in writing.
• Comfort staying organized and focused during a steady stream of contacts.
• A problem-solving approach and patience with customers who need help.
• Your own computer and reliable internet connection (equipment is not provided).

Requirements

• Full-time schedules are assigned as shift bags. This means your days off are static and remain the same each week, but your shift start time may vary by up to 2 hours depending on the day.
• During the application process, you’ll complete an availability form. We do our best to match schedules to your preferences, though final schedules are based on business need.

• Starting at $12/hour. Your rate increases each time you complete a new skill level — your first opportunity comes at 45 days.
