[Hiring] Customer Service Representative @StratifyIQ

Role Description

Are you a sales-driven BPO professional who enjoys engaging customers, making outbound calls, and generating sales opportunities? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) - B2C Outbound Sales to support a US-based real estate client. In this role, you will:

• Make approximately 100–150 outbound calls per day to engage prospective customers and initiate sales conversations.
• Follow the client's sales scripts verbatim, without paraphrasing, skipping, or altering required statements and questions.
• Engage potential homebuyers professionally and confidently, creating a positive first impression.
• Ask structured questions to understand customers' home-buying needs, budget, and purchasing readiness.
• Qualify prospective buyers based on their responses and identify opportunities for further sales engagement.
• Discuss mortgage prequalification status and offer connections to lenders when appropriate, following the client's approved script and disclosure requirements.
• Handle customer questions and hesitation while adhering to the prescribed call flow.
• Identify interested and qualified prospects and transfer or endorse them to the sales team for closing.
• Accurately document customer information, call outcomes, and lead details in the CRM.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets, including outbound call volume, lead qualification, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.

Qualifications

• Recent BPO experience, preferably within the last two months.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales-focused customer service.
• Experience handling high-volume outbound campaigns, ideally making 100–150 calls per day.
• Demonstrated ability to follow verbatim scripts and structured call flows with 100% accuracy.
• Excellent spoken English proficiency (C1–C2) with clear pronunciation, fluency, and confidence.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to engage customers, ask probing questions, and qualify leads effectively.
• Confidence in handling customer objections and maintaining control of a sales conversation.
• Comfortable working with daily call quotas, performance targets, and quality monitoring.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and BPO calling platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when documenting customer information and following required disclosures.
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Strict script adherence is a critical requirement for this role. Candidates must be comfortable delivering the client's approved scripts exactly as written, even when they have previous experience using their own sales techniques.
