Role Description

Sierra Select is seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will support customers and dealer partners by providing timely assistance, processing requests, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Respond to customer and dealer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, availability, shipping, and account-related questions.
• Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests accurately.
• Track orders and coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipping or fulfillment issues.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and communication records.
• Communicate with sales, warehouse, accounting, and operations teams to address customer needs.
• Follow up on outstanding customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist customers with product-related questions and direct technical issues to the appropriate department.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Maintain a professional, helpful, and courteous approach in all customer interactions.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate potential process improvements to management.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, call center, sales support, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM, or customer service platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Experience in distribution, wholesale, retail, consumer electronics, or a related industry is a plus.
