Role Description

We're looking for dependable, people-focused individuals who can provide clear communication, thoughtful support, and a positive experience for clients in a remote setting.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll assist with:

• Questions, updates, scheduling needs, service requests, and general coordination.
• Helping clients understand next steps and keeping important information organized.
• Ensuring requests are handled accurately and professionally.
• Light reservation support or planning details involving accommodations, activities, transportation, or scheduled services.

Your Main Focus:

• Client Communication: Respond to questions, provide updates, and help clients feel informed throughout the process.
• Service Coordination: Assist with schedules, confirmations, requests, and changing details.
• Follow-Up: Track pending items and ensure important information does not get overlooked.
• Problem Solving: Research answers, help resolve routine concerns, and identify next steps when needs change.
• Record Management: Keep client information, notes, and service details accurate and organized.
