Role Description

The Customer Service Representative will play a pivotal role in managing tenant inquiries, resolving operational issues, and driving overall customer satisfaction for the business. This position requires a highly communicative professional with exceptional English proficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, a highly reliable remote technology setup, and the typing speed and accuracy necessary to maintain high operational efficiency.

As part of the company's commitment to customer satisfaction, this role also features a performance incentive structure tied to successfully generating positive Google Reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, high-quality customer service to the business's tenants and prospective customers.
• Handle daily inquiries, troubleshoot facility or account issues, and support self-storage workflows.
• Proactively encourage satisfied customers to leave positive Google Reviews (incentivized with a $5 bonus for a name mention and a $10 bonus if a photo is included).
• Maintain high operational efficiency through fast and accurate typing and seamless system navigation.
• Collaborate effectively with the existing remote customer service team and management.
• Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication across all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Multiple years of proven experience in a customer service, sales, or support role.
• Strong and highly reliable remote technology setup (high-speed internet, modern computer, quiet workspace).
• Must complete and pass a mandatory pre-screening typing test to demonstrate baseline operational efficiency.
• Highly resourceful and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Willingness and ability to work US business hours (requiring night shifts for candidates based in the Philippines or South Africa).

Requirements

• Full-time (US Business Hours / Night shift required for local timezones).
• Salary: $700 USD/month (Philippines) or $1,000 USD/month (South Africa) + Performance Bonuses.
• Reports To: Customer Service Management.
