Role Description

We are an Australian staffing company seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative (After Hours) to support our Recruitment and Allocations team. This is a fast-paced, operational role where you will act as the key point of contact after hours, handling calls and emails, allocating candidates to shifts, filling urgent vacancies, and maintaining accurate system records. Strong English communication skills and the ability to stay organised under pressure are essential. This is a fully remote role, working from home while supporting Australian operations.

Working Schedule:

• Monday: 19:00 – 03:00 AM AEST (14:30 – 22:30 Sri Lanka Time)
• Tuesday – Thursday: 13:00 – 21:00 AEST (08:30 – 16:30 Sri Lanka Time)
• Friday: 21:00 – 05:00 AEST (16:30 – 00:30 Sri Lanka Time)

Flexibility required to cover additional shifts when needed.

Note: This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position (40 hours per week) based on performance and business requirements, with additional shifts allocated accordingly.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (essential).
• Previous experience in administration, operations support, customer support, or similar roles.
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with systems, databases, and basic reporting.
• Flexible and dependable, especially for after-hours support.

• Own laptop or desktop computer with camera.
• Second monitor.
• Reliable internet connection with backup (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
• Backup power solution.
• Available to start immediately.
