Role Description

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring each client feels heard and valued.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, billing issues, and service requests using clear communication and active listening skills.
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer needs, promote new products or services, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage client accounts by updating information accurately through data entry in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly when necessary, maintaining accuracy during cash handling procedures.
• Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism during all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently while demonstrating strong analysis skills to identify root causes and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse customer groups.
• Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency considered a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calls professionally while maintaining positive rapport with clients.
• Experience in customer service roles involving analysis skills, call handling, and client interaction is desirable.
• Knowledge of call center best practices including phone etiquette, active listening, and problem resolution.
