Role Description

This role supports U.S.-based home services businesses by handling inbound customer calls and booking appointments. The selected candidate will represent the client as an extension of their internal team and deliver professional, friendly, and accurate customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Internet speed of at least 40 Mbps with low latency
• Computer with a minimum of 6 cores, 12 threads, and 8 GB RAM
• Reliable backup power source
• Previous BPO or call center experience preferred
• Ability to multitask while managing calls and documentation
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Confidence communicating directly with U.S.-based clients
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry
• Willingness to receive feedback and make adjustments
• Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to changing schedules
• Motivated, hardworking, and eager to add value

Requirements

• C1 English level is required; the selected candidate will be speaking strictly in English during their whole shift.

Benefits

• Compensation: $1000 per month
• Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 9 hours per day, 1 hour lunch, two 15-minute breaks, Pacific Standard Time (PST)
• Final shift assignment is determined after the 2-week training period based on call volume and coverage requirements
• Flexibility with scheduling is required
