Role Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice and helpful presence behind the Halloween Megastore brand. You’ll assist customers through email, chat, or phone, helping them find products, track orders, resolve issues, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience — all from the comfort of your home.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
• Provide detailed information about products, sizing, shipping, and availability.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and with empathy.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies.
• Document interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Fulfillment, and Marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and represent Halloween Megastore with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus).
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, chat platforms, and email tools.
