Role Description

We are looking for a highly responsive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our customers, your primary responsibility will be managing our customer support email channels. You will read customer queries, provide prompt and professional resolutions, and ensure that complex issues are accurately routed to the appropriate internal departments.

• Monitor and respond to incoming customer emails promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer inquiries to provide accurate information and quick solutions.
• Efficiently route or escalate specific emails to the appropriate internal departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Billing, Management).
• Follow up with respective teams to ensure the customer's issue has been fully resolved.
• Maintain a polite, empathetic, and highly professional tone in all written communications.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate daily logs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Native-level or exceptional written English communication skills with flawless grammar and spelling.
• Strong reading comprehension to perfectly understand the customer's exact issue.
• Hands-on experience with Email Management (Google Workspace, Outlook, etc.) and basic familiarity with helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is preferred.
• Highly organized with excellent coordination skills to work smoothly with different internal teams.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
