Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking enthusiastic Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Online Streaming Service, based in Greece. This remote position offers the opportunity to provide excellent support to customers, ensuring they enjoy a smooth and engaging streaming experience. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Assist with account management, subscription issues, and content-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to streaming devices and platforms.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service improvements.
• Keep updated on new content and platform features to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Portuguese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the digital streaming or entertainment industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical inquiries effectively.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote work setting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and general computer proficiency.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
