• Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Assist with order entry, data entry, and account updates with a high level of accuracy
• Resolve customer inquiries, claims, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and customer education efforts
• Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts based on customer feedback

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with data entry and order processing (10-key a plus)
• Comfortable working within defined systems, procedures, and workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach

• Must be located in Utah or Colorado
