Role Description

The Customer Service Representative resolves incoming calls, makes outgoing calls, follows through on emails, and updates claims, along with various other daily tasks.

This position requires an individual with a background in medical billing and extensive computer knowledge including:

• Athena

• Numerous payer websites

Qualifications

• 1+ years recent experience in a call center, preferably in the medical field
• Reside within ID, WA or OR
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Requirements

• Athena experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
