Role Description

This position is for wireless customer service, so you will be handling mainly inbound calls from people looking for assistance with their wireless accounts.

• Deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers
• Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Process orders and update accounts and records
• Effective multitasking and strong attention to detail

• Sales-focused mindset with proven ability to sell and upsell products/services
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role
• Minimum of 6 months in a call center virtual setting
• A minimum of 6 months of work-at-home experience is required
• Available for 12 weeks of paid training with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Monday and Friday 7:00AM - 6:00PM Central time
• Available to work 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday, including weekends and holidays, between 7:00AM – 6:00PM CST
• Must pass a background screening
• At least 18 years old
• Have a GED or High School Diploma
• Legally permitted to work in the United States
• Must live in one of the following states: Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas

Requirements

• Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no dial-up, DSL, satellite or cellular)
• 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload
• Ping Rate – Less than 100 ms
• A private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise cannot be heard or present during working hours
• Ability to be on webcam during working hours
