[Hiring] Customer Service - Inbound @Fagron

Role Description

Assists Patients, Organizations, Sales and the Pharmacy by performing the following duties:

• Ensures security of Protected Health Information as per HIPAA requirements.
• Answers incoming calls from 8A-5:30PM EST (hours subject to change based on business need).
• Resolve escalated issues utilizing AnazaoHealth’s SOP.
• Outbound calls and other assignments within Customer Service as assigned.
• Works confirmation by triaging work to various work areas.
• Works in pharmacy on location as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Teams, and the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Active/current Pharmacy Technician License required. Registration(s) required by state in which pharmacy is located.

Requirements

• This position requires sitting for extended periods of time including majority of shifts.
• This position requires looking at a computer and typing for the majority of shift.
• This position is a remote position but is subject to change based on business need.
• Employees will be required to read small print.
• Employee will be required to provide a HIPAA compliant work area.
