Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support (KPI Target): Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, maintaining a strict 2-minute SLA for response times.
• Dispatching & Logistics: Efficiently manage and dispatch service technicians, optimizing schedules and routes for timely client appointments.
• Data Management: Log service requests, update customer records, and maintain accurate dispatching information across relevant systems in real-time.
• Client Communication: Communicate proactively with clients regarding service status, appointment confirmations, and any potential delays.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and brand trust.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate directly with field teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a customer service or dispatching role, specifically within a service-oriented industry (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Direct, hands-on experience and comfort navigating ServiceTitan is strictly required.
• High proficiency with scheduling tools and standard office applications.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication abilities to confidently interact with US-based clients.
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving aptitude, and keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must possess a dedicated, noise-free home office setup equipped with reliable, high-speed internet and a backup power/internet solution.
