Role Description

• Act as a front-line interface with US customers.
• Respond to customers over the phone and resolve their inquiries.
• Work remote from anywhere inside Egypt after 6 months.
• Maintain the customer experience and provide the best image to the company.
• Provide excellent customer service to inbound callers.
• Solve customer concerns.
• Sell client products & offers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1 is a must).
• Graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply.
• Alexandria resident is a must.
• Egyptian nationality is a must.
• Having experience in Call Centre (English Account) is preferred.
• Soft and communication skills.
• Males & Females.
