Role Description

This role is the operational front line of our service. You are the person customers reach when they have a question, and the person who makes sure every campaign order is entered correctly and goes out error-free. It exists because our business runs on two things: responsive customer support and flawless campaign execution. A missed voicemail, a mistyped market area, or an uncaught error on a flyer directly affects a client's marketing and our reputation. We're looking for someone who treats accuracy as a personal standard, not a task. This is a blend of customer service, order processing, and quality control. If you enjoy owning a process end to end and taking pride in clean, correct work, this role will fit you well.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support & Communication
  • Respond to customer emails and return voicemails quickly, clearly, and professionally
  • Serve as a reliable, friendly point of contact throughout the campaign process
  • Keep customers informed on order status and next steps
• Order & Campaign Processing
  • Enter and process campaign orders accurately and on time
  • Update customer records and campaign details across our systems
  • Track orders through to send, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Quality Control & Accuracy
  • Review flyers and order information for errors before campaigns go out
  • Catch inconsistencies in market areas, contact details, and campaign specs
  • Uphold accuracy standards on every order
• Customer Guidance & Product Knowledge
  • Help customers understand market area options, flyer choices, and next steps
  • Answer product questions confidently and recommend the right options for their goals

Qualifications

• Strong written English with clear, professional communication for U.S. clients
• Fast, accurate data entry with a sharp eye for detail
• Prior customer service experience, ideally supporting U.S.-based clients
• Reliability and ownership — you follow through and hold yourself accountable for accuracy
• Ability to work the U.S. MST schedule (overnight hours in the Philippines)
• A reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, and backup power

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, email marketing, or a marketing services environment
• Familiarity with CRM or order management systems
• Availability for optional Saturday morning coverage
