Role Description

We're looking for reliable, service-focused individuals to support customers with questions, updates, scheduling, and general service needs from a remote environment. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll help keep communication clear, assist with customer requests, and make sure important details are handled accurately. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working independently. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer questions and requests

• Support select reservation or itinerary-related details
