Role Description

• Identifying structural weaknesses and points for further development to continuously improve our work in the CIS4U service organization.
• Reimagining service: Encouraging questioning of existing procedures, trying new approaches, and sustainably optimizing processes.
• Taking responsibility for service-related initiatives, tracking their progress, and escalating when necessary.
• Making improvements transparent through regular reporting, clear communication, and sustainable integration into daily operations.
• Strategically utilizing our D4U Customer Portal, optimizing its use for customers and service, and developing it as a central interaction and service tool.
• Coordinating the optimization of our service processes towards customers to continuously improve our service.

Qualifications

• Structured and analytical work style, with no hesitation to address uncomfortable topics clearly.
• Proactive approach to engaging with others and independently seeking improvement potential in customer communication and collaboration.
• Strong ability to identify even the smallest points for optimization.
• Technical or IT-related background (e.g., Computer Science, System Engineering, IT Operations, Service/Support).
• Ideally, experience in product service, IT operations, or hospital IT environments.
• Ability to explain complex relationships clearly, both technically and economically.
• Enthusiasm for new innovations and AI topics that inspire further thinking.
• Confident handling of regulatory requirements from audits and the QARA area.
• Convincing through objectivity, clarity, and perseverance.
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.
