Role Description

This is a remote position. Living for Tomorrow is currently accepting applications for a remote customer service opportunity supporting a well-known national retail program. This role is a great fit for someone who is patient, dependable, comfortable researching information while speaking with customers, and able to provide professional support across a variety of order, account, membership, and retail-related needs.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers and retail teams with:
• Order status, processing, changes, and cancellations
• Membership questions, cards, status, and auto-renewal
• Marketplace order inquiries
• Account research
• Retail store support
• Corporate sales-related inquiries
• Escalated customer concerns
• Creating and documenting a case for each customer interaction
• Researching answers using knowledge-base tools and support resources

Servicing Availability

The program operates 7 days per week, 365 days per year, from 9:00 AM–9:00 PM ET. The highest availability is typically:

• Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM–6:00 PM ET

Agents must be able to service at least:

• 2 hours / 4 intervals on Saturdays and/or Sundays
• During the Certification SOW, a minimum of 10 hours / 20 intervals per week is required.

Certification Schedule

• Phase 1: September 28, 2026–October 8, 2026
• Phase 2: October 9, 2026–October 29, 2026
• Class Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM ET
• No class on October 12, 2026.

Daily participation is strongly encouraged, and first-day attendance is mandatory.

Certification Requirements

• Complete required self-study modules
• Meet required assessment scores
• Successfully complete live-call certification requirements
• Participate in required progress and live-call sessions
• Complete the required Security Awareness course and score at least 85%
• Meet required servicing and performance expectations
• A webcam is required during certification activities.

Equipment Requirements

• Windows 11 computer with all required updates completed
• Hardwired internet connection
• Hardwired USB headset with phone-quality audio and a noise-cancelling microphone
• Webcam for certification
• Equipment that meets required platform standards
• A PC scan is required to verify equipment readiness.

Performance Expectations

• Agents are expected to maintain strong service performance, including:
• Commitment Adherence: 90% or higher
• Quality Assurance: Above 90%
• Average Handle Time: Approximately 500–700 seconds
• Accurate documentation is required for every customer interaction.

• Additional enrollment eligibility requirements apply. Applicants with recent certification drops/failures, conflicting enrollments, overlapping classes, or certain prior program terminations may not qualify.
