Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Service & Admin Assistant to provide end-to-end administrative, customer service, and order management support. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate order processing, responsive customer communication, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Functional Responsibilities (Not Limited to)

• General Admin including Triaging of phone calls, enquiries and emails
• Order Taking Calls / Sales Calls / Customer Service / Database Hygiene
• Order Keying / Validation / Highlighting discrepancies
• Short Supply Notifications including following up available reorder dates
• Order Invoicing in Portals and record maintenance for dispatches
• Timeslot Booking with Transport
• AR Related Work
• Recorder retailer sales trends and demands using a variety of resources
• Customer Weekly Reports and Forecasts
• Assist with month end report downloads
• Taking and recording consumer feedback via phone, email, web submission
• Closure of customer complaints and set up
• Attend Regular meetings as required
• Uploading of Recipes to customer from Instagram to Website
• Review customer websites to ensure images / data is accurate
• Market Research
• Back up of key logistics functions

Qualifications

• Intermediate MS Office Skills – Excel and PowerPoint is a must
• Deadline-driven
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• ERP Experience
• Preferably worked with business to business sales with an Australian business

Requirements

• Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
• Use of time tracking software during work hours
• Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
• Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
• Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task

Benefits

• Monthly Salary: Php 35,000
• Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
• You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines' public holidays
• Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave
• HMO offered after 6-months probation
• Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days

• Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
• SHIFT TIMES: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
