Role Description

We're looking for organized, service-focused individuals to help clients with reservation requests, travel options, confirmations, and general planning support.

As a Customer Reservation Consultant, you'll help clients compare choices, organize important details, and stay informed throughout the reservation process. Depending on the request, you may assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, scheduling, or itinerary-related details.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to manage multiple requests
• Confidence using email and online systems
• Comfort working independently
• Adaptability when plans change
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, sales support, or administration can be helpful, but it is not required.
