Role Description

As a Remote Customer Reservation Agent, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while using your expertise and creativity to create unforgettable and personalized itineraries for clients. You will be responsible for researching and booking flights, accommodations, activities, and other arrangements while also providing exceptional customer service to ensure our clients have a seamless and unforgettable vacation.

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to understand their preferences and budget.
• Research and create customized itineraries based on client’s interests and destination.
• Book reservations, accommodations, activities, and other arrangements.
• Provide pricing and payment information to clients and process payments.
• Keep up-to-date with current trends and inform on the destination.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the best deals and availability for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using booking and reservation systems.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Must be 18 and over.
• Must be authorized to work in the US, UK or Australia.
