Role Description

AO is seeking motivated, service-focused professionals to join our growing remote team as Digital Benefits Support Specialists. In this role, you'll connect with clients through virtual platforms, helping them understand available supplemental benefits, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process with confidence and care.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to help you build a successful long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online communication platforms
• Explain available benefit programs and coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand manner
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment
• Build lasting client relationships through professionalism and follow-up
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Resolve questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

• This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life.
• Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
