Role Description

As a Customer Relations & Event Support Specialist, you are often the first voice or message a family encounters when they reach out to Lava Island. You answer questions, help with party planning, resolve concerns, and keep our online presence responsive and warm. You work closely with each park's onsite team to make sure guests get what they need, and you do it all from home, on a schedule built around covering our East Coast parks from the start of their day.

Requirements

• Availability starting at 6:30 AM ET, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Residence in Georgia or Connecticut.
• Reliable internet connection at your remote workspace.
• A quiet, professional workspace at home.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass a background check.
