Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a crucial member of the Blueprint community, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our brand.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
    • Provide exceptional assistance and guidance to customers regarding our products, services, and brand philosophy.
    • Has exceptional inbox management skills.
    • Can multi-task with a variety of systems, products, tickets, and customer/order issues.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Investigate and resolve customer issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
    • Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop a deep understanding of Blueprint Bryan Johnson's products, values, and mission to effectively communicate with customers.
    • Having extensive knowledge of the Blueprint Protocol is a plus!
  • Community Engagement:
    • Foster a positive and engaging community environment by actively participating in discussions, forums, and social media platforms to be abreast of what is happening within the community.
    • Advocate for Blueprint's mission and values while building relationships with customers.
  • Feedback and Improvement:
    • Collect customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the company.
  • Project Admin & Marketing Support:
    • Keep marketing timelines and tasks updated, ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Monitor project progress and share regular updates with the Creative Strategist.
    • Flag potential delays early and take corrective actions when needed.
    • Track timelines and ensure promotion dates are aligned with overall campaign goals.
    • Provide support for organizing and maintaining SOPs to ensure consistency in processes.
  • Reporting, SOPs & General Coordination:
    • Organize and manage creative files, ensuring everything is easily accessible.
    • Support the team with weekly/monthly reporting to track project progress.
    • Maintain and organize SOPs, ensuring consistency and clear communication across teams.
    • Perform small but essential admin tasks to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and the mission of Blueprint Bryan Johnson.
  • 1+ year in admin, project coordination, or similar (marketing/creative experience a plus).

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Shipbob, Shopify, and Gorgias.
