Role Description

As a Customer Help Centre Assistant, you will:

• Read incoming customer questions and search for relevant help articles.
• Explain routine steps in plain language without writing new policy or diagnosing technical faults.
• Identify the question behind vague customer messages.
• Search approved help pages using customer terminology.
• Ensure articles are current and address the issue.
• Send appropriate links with brief explanations of relevant steps.
• Note when no available article covers the question.
• Refer account-specific or unresolved problems to the proper team.
• Clarify approved instructions without inventing workarounds.
• Keep conversation history with the correct online case.
• Flag broken or outdated help links to the content owner.
• Use short, readable replies rather than lists of unrelated articles.
• Combine written customer service with modest office administration tasks.
• Provide clear connections between articles and customer questions.

This role offers $30 per hour, with part-time or full-time options. A remote workspace is required, and the hiring company will confirm schedule and equipment needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or office administration is helpful but not required.
• Beginners are welcome, and training will be provided.
• Comfortable with browsers and willing to verify sources before sending information.
