The Call Summary Records Assistant enters confirmed outcomes, open questions, and next owners into the online case system. This remote position is office administration serving customer service.

• Listen to the source of the note.
• Check the source assigned by the employer and identify what was agreed.
• Flag missing details and leave clear exceptions for case owners.
• Match each call to the correct account and date before adding a note.
• Follow the company's redaction and privacy instructions for sensitive details.
• Review assigned call summaries or approved transcripts.
• Separate customer requests from internal suggestions.
• Protect private details in notes and attachments.
• Record promised callbacks, questions sent to other teams, and completed actions separately.
• Check which record owns each action before entering a timeline.
• List items needing supervisor clarification at the end of a batch.
• Create a reliable continuation point, not a polished narrative.

Qualifications

• No call-centre background necessary.
• Customer service or office administration experience can help.
• Comfortable reading carefully and summarizing without embellishment.
• Able to ask questions when a call outcome is unclear.
