Role Description

We are looking for organized, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Customer Experience Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting clients as they explore vacation options, make selections, and organize the details needed for a smooth booking experience.

• Learn about each client's vacation interests, preferred destinations, dates, budget, and priorities
• Search and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and other available experiences
• Share relevant options and information to help clients make informed decisions
• Coordinate selected reservations using approved supplier and booking resources
• Verify names, dates, confirmations, and other important reservation information
• Keep clients informed of updates, deadlines, and necessary next steps
• Respond professionally to questions and assist with routine changes or requests
• Maintain accurate client records and organized booking documentation
• Keep up with destination information, supplier updates, and current promotions
• Complete ongoing training to strengthen destination and service knowledge

• Customer-service mindset with a willingness to assist others
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage tasks and follow through on client requests
• Comfortable researching information and learning online systems
• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Reliable internet access
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico or other qualifying countries
