• Respond to client inquiries with timely, clear, and helpful communication
• Coordinate requests, scheduling, and confirmations
• Gather and organize important client details
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Follow up as needed to ensure all tasks and requests are completed
• Help create a smooth, positive experience for each client

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Dependable and able to manage responsibilities independently
• Comfortable using digital tools and working remotely
• Customer service or support experience is a plus, but not required
