Role Description

Join our team of professional Customer Experience Advocates helping businesses with their Facility service needs, such as HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.

  • Be part of a growing team where we thrive responding to calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Encourage daily interactions across business lines to provide an optimal level of support and communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with other team members.
  • Have a deep understanding of Lee Company’s culture and mission to create a place where employees can THRIVE.
  • Monday - Friday schedule – no holidays or weekends!
  • Remote Work Flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must practice active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Driven, tenacious, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Service-minded 'How can I help?' approach.
  • Methodical, organized, and with excellent attention to detail.
  • Team Player willing to roll sleeves up and collaborate with the team.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • High level interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer skills (MS Teams, MS Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation, Web-based platforms).
  • Dynamics 365 experience a plus but not required.
  • Five9 experience not required but desired.
