[Hiring] Customer Engineer @NCR Atleos

Role Description

• Installs, maintains, repairs, and upgrades customer equipment and related hardware/software/Network components.
• Performs diagnostics, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance to restore service and minimize downtime.
• Provides technical support across a range of customer environments and third-party technologies.
• Maintains day-to-day customer relationships, communicates service updates, and escalates issues as required.
• Diagnoses problems based on service requests, system observations, and customer feedback to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Responsible for ownership of customer issues through to resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Completes maintenance, service, and activity reports while ensuring compliance with operational and safety procedures.
