Role Description

The Customer Care team at Vista is an enthusiastic, supportive group working together to empower small businesses and self-employed professionals. • Deliver exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers across multiple channels, seamlessly resolving queries with friendly and insightful communication.
• Provide tailored marketing and design advice to help small businesses stand out in a competitive market and achieve their goals.
• Utilize your strong digital literacy to navigate various platforms, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of Vista's current product offerings (e.g., face masks, disposable menus), acting as a reliable partner and consultant to our clients.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team leader and colleagues in a reliable, weekly-rotating shift system to ensure consistent, high-quality service availability.
• Participate actively in a paid 4-week training program and ongoing mentoring sessions to continuously develop your expertise and advance our shared vision.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in oral and written Dutch, coupled with strong English communication skills to effectively assist our customers and team.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, eCommerce, or support role, demonstrating a steadfast focus on client satisfaction.
• Solid foundational understanding of digital communication channels and a passion for print, design, and marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, make decisions, and find creative solutions within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of graphic design basics or marketing strategies for small businesses.
• Previous experience operating within a remote-first or hybrid work setting.
• Relevant coursework or certification in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
