In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple support channels, including voice, email, chat, and social media. You will serve as a trusted brand ambassador by:

• Assisting customers and resolving inquiries.
• Building strong relationships and contributing to customer retention and satisfaction.
• Helping drive operational excellence and business success.

What you’ll do

• Create happy customers by being passionate about helping them.
• Provide outstanding service to encourage customer loyalty.
• Build customer loyalty through effective account management and recommendations.
• Meet the Customer Care team’s KPIs and targets while adhering to company policies and SLAs.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the designated CRM system.
• Handle customer communication through various channels, including voice, email, chat, and social media.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Have fun and be yourself while interacting with customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in voice and non-voice customer service, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good tone, strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Ability to empathize with customers and provide appropriate solutions professionally.
• Proficiency in using both voice and non-voice communication channels.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Positive energy and can-do attitude.
• Confident in having daily conversations with campaign heads and clients.
• Demonstrates integrity and diligence.
• Works efficiently with minimal supervision.
