You will help create positive customer experiences by providing effective solutions, managing customer concerns, meeting performance targets, and contributing to a fun and customer-focused environment.

What you’ll do

Qualifications

• Previous non-voice experience required.
• Good email communication skills with a quick resolution approach.
• High-quality customer service skills.
• Positive energy and a can-do attitude.
• High regard for integrity and diligence.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
