[Hiring] Customer Care Representative I @Quest Diagnostics

Role Description

Demonstrates skill and passion to deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience of routine complexity, while utilizing multiple customer communication channels, which may include voice, mail, email, chat, AI related inquiries, etc.

• Start date: December 4th (must not have any time off during the first 90 days)
• Training Location: Must be able to attend training ONSITE at 4225 E Fowler Ave Tampa, FL
• Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern, 4 weeks (Tentative)
• Work Schedule: Remote, Tuesday to Saturday OR Sunday to Thursday, 8-hour shift, between the hours of 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM Eastern (Tentative)
• Pay Range: $17.20+ per hour
• Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
• Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Qualifications

• 1-year related customer service excellence experience (Required)
• Health care and laboratory related experience (Preferred)
• Experience delivering customer service excellence and achieving productivity/accuracy/quality standards (Preferred)
