Role Description

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls to assist customers with orders, deliveries, pricing, and general inquiries.
• Take customer orders accurately over the phone and ensure all details are entered correctly.
• Coordinate closely with the Order Fulfillment Team and Sales Team to ensure orders are processed with correct pricing, shipment method, and timelines.
• Process and resolve product returns, ensuring proper documentation and follow through.
• On occasion, contact customers regarding past due balances in a professional and respectful manner.
• Actively listen to customers, identify needs, and provide clear, timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and notes in internal systems.

Qualifications

• Comfortable being on the phone for most of the workday, with professional, calm, and confident behavior.
• Able to manage workload independently, stay productive without constant supervision.
• Demonstrate a professional work ethic, including reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Able to adapt to different customer situations and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reasonable proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to learn new software quickly (Asahi will provide training).
• Previous experience in customer service.
