Role Description

Customer Care and Client Support – Remote, U.S.

Work from home and help the Latino community. We are hiring 10 Spanish-speaking team members to join our growing team. Work remotely anywhere in the United States, with a hybrid option depending on your location. This role combines customer care, client support, and consultative sales.

• Answer client calls, emails, and messages, and resolve their questions and requests
• Understand each client’s needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Follow up with current and new clients to build long-term relationships
• Stay up to date on our products and services to provide clear, accurate answers
• Present product and service options, answer questions, and help clients make informed purchasing decisions
• Document every interaction in our CRM
• Meet quality standards and team goals

Qualifications

• Reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus, but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Calm and professional when handling complaints or difficult situations
• Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage your time effectively
• Access to a computer, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace
• CRM experience is a plus
