Role Description

The Revenue Cycle Department is looking for a Customer Account Analyst I to join the team. What you'll do:

• Participate in a comprehensive 12-week training program designed to set you up for success.
• Utilize our cutting-edge knowledge-based software to quickly access documents and adapt to training in real time.
• Deliver a world-class patient experience by handling billing inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Update patient demographics accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve billing concerns and provide clear, empathetic support to patients.
• Navigate challenging conversations with patience and professionalism.
• Collaborate with a team of Customer Account Analysts, Team Leads, and Supervisors to improve processes and enhance patient satisfaction.

Shift: 8am-5pm, non-negotiable

Work From Home (WFH): This position offers you the opportunity to work from home (WFH). Additional details regarding work from home are to be discussed during the interview. Must live in the state of Texas.

Qualifications

• Call center experience (medical billing preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Passion for problem-solving and service excellence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of directly related medical billing and customer service experience for billing inquiries.
